yesterday I hit deadlifts.
My off season goal is to hit 505x5 in the deadlift as well as the squat.
I did 2 triples with 475.
I know I have some work to do here but I never doubt it will happen!

I have not been posting but I have still been training.
My raw bench feels great and Squats with wraps are good. 505X3 I would like to get 505X5 reps with just wraps and a belt
