The weights felt heavy this week.
I'm down on power due to a stomach bug.
I lost 6 pounds of body weight and boy do the weights feel heavy.
The 2 weeks off due to a back injury dose not help either.
This post is a bunch of excuses for a bad week but as long as I pick it up next week I will be redeemed.
so the meat and potato's
Bench on Monday top set 365x1 with a long pause but it was all I had in me. It felt like 400+
I did a back up set of 325x5 and I knew it was time to quit for the day.
Squats? I was up to 505 for 4-5 reps feeling good but this week I eked out a double with 505 and 515.
