My contest in Sept. 20th The two weeks off due to a back injury really hurt.
My bench felt better this week but Ive not trained in my shirt yet.
My squats were getting better but not where they were before my back problem.
555x1 was my last set. depth was close.

The weights felt heavy this week.
I'm down on power due to a stomach bug.
I lost 6 pounds of body weight and boy do the weights feel heavy.
The 2 weeks off due to a back injury dose not help either.
This post is a bunch of excuses for a bad week but as long as I pick it up next week I will be redeemed.

Bench on Monday top set 365x1 with a long pause but it was all I had in me. It felt like 400+
I did a back up set of 325x5 and I knew it was time to quit for the day.
Squats? I was up to 505 for 4-5 reps feeling good but this week I eked out a double with 505 and 515.

I benched on Tuesday this week and got 3 sets of 5 with 325.
My squats today was coming of a two week layoff because of a back injury so I took it easy

Just bench this week.
I destroyed my back trying to go heavy in the deadlift last Friday.
anyway, I hit 387x1 and 305x8 in the bench.
A few beers and some rest and I will be ready to squat next Tuesday

Squat day: I hit 505x4 reps. I was ready! I had my APT siglet on and APT black Mamba wraps from:

I have a nice 4 sec video of me putting my belt on.
I messed up, when I went to watch my new success I got a prompt on my camera "card is full"
PISSED!!!
This was a personal record for heavy reps.
I have set more personal records in APT gear than all the others put together. Thanks Alan!

Bench day. I went from 315x1 to 405, I have no clue why I did this, but it crushed me.
I did feel good about my backup sets of 315x7 reps for 2 sets.
I want 405 raw but I took to big of a jump. I hit 385 raw last week.
I just have to be smarter.

yesterday I hit deadlifts.
My off season goal is to hit 505x5 in the deadlift as well as the squat.
I did 2 triples with 475.
I know I have some work to do here but I never doubt it will happen!

My raw bench feels great and Squats with wraps are good. 505X3 I would like to get 505X5 reps with just wraps and a belt
